Visenza LLC is based in the USA. As this offer is aimed at people in the EU, we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we process

• when you visit the site, technical data needed for delivery (e.g. IP address, time, browser), no cookies, no tracking
• when you request a place: first name, email address, whether you want to come alone or as a couple, your optional message, your confirmation that you are at least 18 and your consent, each with a date

3. Purposes and legal bases

• providing and securing the website: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
• handling your request and replying personally: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps)
• messages about FEELS GARDEN: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, which you can withdraw at any time)

Information about your relationship style or your message may be sensitive. Please only write what you want to share.

4. Recipients

• Cloudflare (hosting, delivery, processing of the form)
• Brevo (storing your request and sending emails)

A tour operator only receives your data once you decide to make a binding booking.

5. Transfers to third countries

Some service providers process data in the USA. Transfers are covered by the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Storage period

We keep requests until FEELS GARDEN has taken place or you object, then we delete them unless we are legally required to keep them.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and to withdraw your consent. An email to christina (at) visenza (dot) co is enough. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
